Judas Priest Concert

It's been 30 years since I last went to a Judas Priest concert. In 1984 I went to see them at the Tacoma Dome for the Defenders of the Faith Tour.  So last night's concert was truly a blast from the past.

Rob Halford sounds exactly as he did 30 years ago. He can still hit all the high notes and high pitched screams he is famous for. He is also the best dressed man in Heavy Metal. He had about 6 costume changes with different jackets or vests. Each one was more studded and elaborate than the one before. He still has loads of style and rides his Harley out on stage during the song Turbo Lover.  It was a great show!

And here is what I wore.  I decided to dress a little more "Rock N Roll" for this concert.  I rarely wear pants, but I thought they went better with the jacket than a skirt would.

Judas Priest Tee- borrowed from my son
